I am a passionate visual asset creator with an MBA and a 15+ year background in corporate Strategy & Operations. I use my creative eye, love for people and commercial perspective to create high-quality valuable photographic assets at professional events.
With my corporate background attending a business event is second nature to me - both with and without a camera in hand - so I am comfortable in high-stakes business settings.

About
My interaction style
People are most comfortable in pictures when they feel comfortable with the person behind the camera so I make a conscious effort to - where it happens - have professional yet fun interactions with guests. I keep spontaneity top of mind and ensure I blend into the crowd with my camera.
And with several years of Improv comedy training I am very skilled at seeing (and bringing out) the joyful energy in people. I know the difference between a real smile and a fake one :)
In addition, I am fully bi-lingual (American) English and Dutch speaking, so I am happy to engage with you and your guests in either language.
My photography style
I consider myself an energy-and-connection shooter because I firmly believe that photography can help us realise how amazingly beautiful life is when we are radiant and shining. And when it comes to professional moments the ones in which there was connection and energy are the most valuable ones - both for businesses and attendees.
My main style is ‘portrait-style-up-close’ supplemented by overview shots and shots of the cool details (food, decorations, merchandise/accessories. etc). Events are the result of weeks of planning and dedication so I ensure I show up with respect for the end-to-end product: people, activities & setting.
